I am having trouble with Menace. I have went through the whole thing 4 times. When I get to the end and open the door at the end of the hall with the key card the screen goes black with the music playing in the background. The previous levels worked fine. It won't let me download the next level because it says I haven't completed this level. What could the problem be?
Not sure what might be wrong. I would recommend reinstalling the game to see if it fixes it, but you will lose the progress and have to start from the first level again.
