In menace, the 3rd room I can't get into the room on the right. where is the key?

The door key is in a box hidden in the elevator. You need to use a pipe from the lower left wall to move a brick from the concrete block wall to find a strange key. Then go into the elevator and use that key top open a panel. The locked box there will need a code top open it.
