There was no blueprint at the dead end so I can use the tools in the vice. There is a box on wall in hallway that has a green sine wave and needing a 4-digit code. I'm assuming the blueprint is on there but have no idea what the cost is. Help?!?

I went back through the tunnels and found a path not taken. It had made all the difference in this game. ;)
