I’m playing the game on my phone and cannot seem to combine the reagents in Underground to make what I need. I can’t slide the cylinder over?

I just tapped under the colour I wanted the cylinder to move to. When combine two colours to make a new colour, you click the green button (either OK or ENTER). It will create a new colour that you can move to.

When I try that I get the message on the bottom of the screen that says "something is missing."

I definitely missed the word “under” in this. Came back to report that it does actually work. You have to tap BELOW the colour you want to dispense.
