In level 8, the safe upstairs in the loft didn't open after I put the tape on the fingerprint. It made the sound, but won't open. Now I'm short a puzzle fragment. Is there a trick to opening the lock box safe?

The opening door is under the fingerprint recognition, have you tried there?
