The code (that's listed on this website) of the clock in ”White Collar” doesn't work. How am I gonna solve it ?

The guide should be correct: In step 1, move the big hand of the clock (minutes) to 8 (equals 40) and the small one (Hours) to 10. Then click the lever to position 1. Then for step 2, move the big hand to 7 (35) and the small one to 3 and click the lever again to position 2. Cheers, djtonsil

I can’t make it work, too. I am following the steps on the clock but it didn’t do anything when I position the lever to 1. Can’t proceed to 2 also. Did I miss anything?

Nevermind, I got it! After clicking the lever to 1, you must move the clock hands to 3:35 then click the lever again to proceed to number 2. You will be able to solve it and get the item. I just thought something will happen after the first lever.
