Chapter 7

This is a walkthrough for Chapter 7 of Mirror Man. Another Adventure Escape Mystery from Haiku Games.

Another 10 years have passed and Julian is now living under a new identity as Steve. He is out on a blind date tonight with Kristen.

Check the door lock to see the lock puzzle. Find the clue to get the code.

Hint: you need to find 5 arrows.

Check the sign above the door. there are 5 hidden arrows in the letters. The last 2 are harder to spot.

Now to unlock the case for the bell. We need 3 keys.

First collect a blue key from the plant on the left.

Lift the door mat to find a picture of a purple key.

You can then place the purple key picture in the empty frame on the wall. This will then open so you can collect the real purple key.

Then collect the gold key from the gate to the right of the picture.

Now, tap on the lockers to the left of the red curtain.There are colored stickers on each door.

First use the blue key to unlock the bottom locker, collect a magnet.

You can then use the magnet on the middle locker door, this will let you collect the Yellow key. You then use this key to open the middle locker door and collect a blue rod.

Use the blue rod on the recessed button in the back of the bottom locker.

Then also on the one in the top right of the top locker.

There is one more button that you can press on the large Exscape sign over the door. Do this and the top locker will now be unlocked.

Collect some Rope.

Now tap to view the fish tank on the right.

Star: bottom left of the tank.

Place the rope and the magnet on the table. This will make a fishing magnet and you will collect the silver key.

Return to the case with the bell and use the 3 keys to open it.

Tap the bell and your host Hazel will appear. You will then move to the next area of the escape room.

First collect the hat from the hatstand on the left and then the second hat from the table.

Next collect the sword from the table, (that was under the hat). And a second sword that is in the side of the large chest on the right.

Open the chest to collect a star wand. And notice a clue inside the lid involving rabbits.

Collect the rabbit from the left of the chest. Then tap to lift the cloth on the round table to collect another rabbit.

Place the 2 rabbits inside the chest and close the lid. Open it again to get 3 rabbits.

Tap to view the large blue box at the back of the room, note the clue and then collect the Rod with loop from the side.

Next tap the mural on the left wall to view it.

Tap the blue hat to collect it (you now have 3 hats).

On the right wall is a panel with 4 stars. This is a puzzle.

Solution:

This will open a curtain on the right. View the shelves.

Place the 3 rabbits and 3 hats down.

You now have a puzzle to place the correct band and correct rabbit on each hat.

Hint: Check the mural on the left and the ceiling for clues for 3 rabbits.

You can now collect 3 rings from below the rabbits.

Next, use the rod with loop to pull the hook that is hanging from the ceiling. This will open a curtain on the left.

View the rings puzzle.

Add the 3 rings to it to start.

Hint: you need to rotate the rings to find 3 numbers.

the first is easy, it is clearly an 8. Moving the rings of the other two you will find that they can form a 3 and a 2.

Now view the mural on the left again.

On the right she is holding 3 rings next to 3 numbers.

Hint: the rings from top to bottom are large, small and medium.

enter the numbers from the rings puzzle. But with the correct size. Top to bottom is 8 2 3

You can now collect another sword.

Note on the mural there are 3 swords pictures that pass through 3 numbers, 8 6 and 7

View the blue box at the back again. To solve this puzzle we use the clue written on the side and the numbers from the mural.

Hint: place the 3 swords into holes on the box, work out which holes pass though to other sides so that the totals dots that a sword passes though adds up to 8, 6 and 7.

Collect the heart gem that falls to the ground.

Now view the mural again and place the gem on the 5 of hearts.

You can then move though to a new area.

Star: on a mirror light bulb to the left.

Collect the umbrella from the hat stand. And open the drawer on the left to collect a flash light.

You can then collect all the playing card from the room.

6 from the walls, plus 2 more high up on the walls that you need the umbrella to collect.

1 more from the drawer. 1 more under the chair (tap it to tip it over.

And 1 more in the plant.

Total of 11

Now tap under the door and use the flashlight to look there.

Look around to find 1 more card, and also see a number 13. This is a clue.

You can now view the red panel on the right wall. This has a 2 digit code entry.

We now play the lucky number 13 puzzle.

Add the card to the board to begin

Hint: place the cards onto the board so that the numbers in the connected circles add up to 13.

There may be more than one way to do this but this was the only layout that was allowed.

Collect the key and then use it to open the door.

Star: On the top center light.

First collect the Obscured note from the floor and then also a lighter from the pocket of the mannequin.

Next view the grid of mirrors on the right and side.

Tapping each mirror will make it fog up. As you tap you can follow directions around made by arrows and you will find 9 hand prints. Follow the pattern to find the final hand print.

Now tap the panel on the left side to see a similar grid.

Hint: tap each panel in the grid to form a chain of numbers.

Collect the candle.

Now view the table on the left to see a candle holder.

Add the candle to it and then use the lighter to light it.

Now use the obscured note on it to reveal a clue.

View the paper. Check both sides.

On the right is a mirrored door that matches the first diagram.

Hint: tapping the door will knock on it.

Solution: tap the 3 spots indicated by the clue as 1 2 and 3.

This will open the doors. There is a large mirror inside.

First collect the mirror shard from the bottom. Then view the broken mirror on the wall in the center.

Add the shards to it to start a puzzle.

Hint: arrange the pieces like a jigsaw.

This reveals the word escape and 4 symbols.

Now tap to view the magic mirror.

Notice there are symbols around the frame.

Tap the 4 symbols from the previous puzzle.

You now enter a mirror maze. But we have the map clue on the paper as a guide.

Tap the direction arrows to move to the exit.

Solution:

You escape the room and complete the chapter.
