How to get another shirt if you already have one and you want more?

The answer to your question depends on how you received the shirt. If you won it by completing a stage then you simply have to replay the stage again until you receive the shirt again. You can use the "Done" button to complete the stage without having to get dressed again. If you purchased the shirt in the store then you can simply repurchase it.
