The first real level of the game starts now after you select the button you listen to the game then are invited to compete in a sport clothes competition.

You'll probably need to hit the store button at the top of the page AFTER you accept the quest. The game is really cool and basically guides you as to what to purchase, in this case the Memory of Youth sports dress. And that is basically all you have to put on to win the battle.
