I bound my guest account to my email but I don't have a Facebook account at all. I somehow got logged out and can't get it back. Does anyone know how to get it back?

When you go in the game, on the right side, there is a button with mail, press it than enter your email then you'll automatically be in your account

I'm already bound to email, if I bind to Facebook will that make me lose my content?
