If it’s a guest account then you CANT log in with the same account. It told you that before you logged in. All data is lost if you are a guest and you delete or log out of the app.

I couldn’t tell if I pressed the log out button or not but now all my files are gone and I have to start back from scratch

Guest Answered:

Did you happen to bind it with your email? Because if you did, I think you should be able to get your account back by logging in with it. (I have this same problem, but i don't remember if i bound my account with mail or not, so I may have completely lost everything.
