Is there a way at the clock of corridor that I can get super lucky and get my dream dress, or any way..

No. There is no way to increase chances to get a specific item from the gacha (random draw) Mystery House, ex. Corridor of Clock, nor other gacha-style events. In the Mystery House some items can be exchanged for in the related Pavilion. Ex. With Destiny Hourglass you can buy some items from Pavilion of Time, but not all random draw items are available.

There is also no way to trade.

You just have to keep trying.
