How does recharging work?

Question Posted by Guest on Dec 9th 2017

How does recharging work? Like, it says that if you recharge 10 diamond you gain V1 priveleges, but the lowest amount you can purchase is 100. Does that mean you can recharge ten times with your first purchase?
