To change your clothing color you can buy paint from the Store of Starlight (aka the Exchange button in the Stylist Arena). You can earn Starlight coins through various means, but mostly by entering in the Stylist Arena. If you want to save your Starlight coins, join a Stylist Association guild and you can purchase random dyes that show up in your association’s shop.
