Where do I go for settings... mine just brings up a bunch of on/off stuff. Am I clicking the wrong thing?

No I can't change the language.

Changing languages are easy. all do you need to do is go to the top left corner of your love Nikki game and click on your character, then look to the top right corner and look into Settings. In settings you should find a section where you can change your dominant language
