Support Towers
Four Days: World Defense Guide
These are the towers found in the northern grid of the selection menu. This set of towers provide much support by slowing down enemies or enhancing towers around them. Since they're range-based, you may opt placing them behind attacker towers or use them as a cheap means to block off paths.
Comm TowersProvides extra cash for every defeated invader within its range.
Upgrades:
Rank 1 | Towers within the Comm Tower's range build and upgrade faster |
Rank 2 | Bonus cash is given for invaders defeated within the tower's range |
Rank 3 | Towers within the Comm Tower's range do increased damage. |
This tower slows down all enemies within its range. Take note that you cannot make enemies go slower by placing multiple overlapping Disruption Towers. However, you can further slow them down however by having a Holding Tower within range instead.
Upgrades:
Rank 1 | Disruption towers have a chance to pulse in a larger radius |
Rank 2 | The tower's slowing effect is increased |
Rank 3 | Disruption Towers can now attack single targets using an arc lightning attack |
These towers greatly slows down single air or ground targets. They are best suited in slowing down heavily armored invaders and Titans, giving your other towers ample time to deal more damage to the target before it slips past their range.
Upgrades:
Rank 1 | The upgrade cost decreases for each enemy killed while being held by the tower |
Rank 2 | The tower's slowing effect is increased |
Rank 3 | Enemies held by Holding towers take more damage from all sources. |
