Resources that you will need in order to improve your heroes will be limited, so you will want to focus on Espers that can help you clear through the different game modes that are available. Disclaimer

Please be reminded that Tier Lists are not “definite” measures of the character’s strength and potential. There are a lot of factors to be considered like the characters’ availability, their synergy with your team, their utility, equipment, etc. As such, please use our tier lists as what they’re meant to be - a guide. Use tier lists to help you decide whether you’ll want to invest resources and time to build a character. At the end of the day, it’s you who will decide which ones you’ll use based on preference and performance .

Tier List Reminders

When playing through Dislyte, each Esper that you acquire will be able to have up to three abilities each. The Espers you can get can also vary in terms of rarity such as Legendary, Epic, Rare etc. Most of the time, the best skills you can acquire are from the highest rated units, however this isn’t the case for Dislyte. This tier list provides you with Espers from varying rarities, their abilities that they have will determine their overall performance in the different game modes available. As such, knowing which Espers are worth investing to will help you in focusing on which ones to improve.

For this list, we’ll be providing you with character overviews for the S+ and S Espers. Always take note that tier lists aren’t strict rules you must follow, we are only aiming to provide you with a guide that can help you in creating your own team formation. If you have favorite heroes in mind, feel free to create them as well. Remember, it’s your game and you still have the choice on what you want to do.

Once you have a balanced team, you will be able to create a formation with units benefitting from each other’s roles. Once you unlock more features in Dislyte, you will want to have a team that can help you clear the game’s content. Knowing more about their strengths will be beneficial!

A Tier List Overview

A – Asenath, Bonnie, Heng Yue, Hyde, Jeanne, Jin Yuyao, Ren Si, Sander, Tevor

About Abilities

In Dislyte, some Espers have captain abilities that can provide buffs for the entire team, not all Espers have this ability, so make sure to check your Esper’s information. If you check online to learn more about an Esper’s skill, you will usually see abbreviations called A1, A2, and A3 which refer to Ability 1, Ability 2, and Ability 3. These are the icons that you can tap during battle, and they have their own respective cooldowns.

Even if each Esper has their specific roles such as Damage, Controller, Defender, and Support, their individual abilities will still determine their overall gameplay. Learning about their abilities will help you understand which team combinations will make them stronger. Aside from leveling up, you will still need other methods to become stronger such as providing them with relics as well.

A Rank Espers

Here’s the list of Espers that have made it to our A tier. Take note that our list provides Espers in alphabetical order only, they are not ordered in terms of who’s the strongest to the weakest.

ASENATH

Features: Removes Buffs, Healing Skills, Increase Self AP, Damage Reduction

Asenath is a Support type Esper, she has decent skills that can be used in majority of the game modes, but she might have difficulties in Apep and Fafnir. She can help her team out sustain injuries through healing, and she can also buff herself to sustain more damage and improve her AP for more turns. With the AP increase, she can be built to have more speed as well for extra turns that can be useful in order to get more heals in when needed. However, you must take note of the enemy’s turn as well, since you will want to use your healing at a proper time.

BONNIE

Features: Increase Enemy Cooldown, Increase Self AP, Stun Debuff, Removes Buffs

Bonnie is a Support type Esper, she’s an overall balanced character for majority of the game’s modes except for Apep. Her speed is quite high, which will help in getting more turns in for supporting. She can alter the enemy’s cooldown which can delay strong attacks, and she can also stun them for control. Not only that, but she can remove enemy buffs which can be converted to AP for your team which will let you get more turns faster. Because of these skills, she’s useful to have in modes that will need you to have more turns such as Point War.

HENG YUE

Features: Support Skills, Removes Buffs, Healing Skills, Remove Debuff

Heng Yue is a Support type Esper, she has decent abilities for the game’s different modes, but might struggle in comparison to other supporters especially in Kronos. She can heal the Esper that has the lowest HP in order for them to survive longer. She can weaken enemies by removing their buffs, and she can also remove debuffs from your team which can improve her healing. However, this can make things situational, especially if there aren’t any debuffs on your Espers.

HYDE

Features: Blocks Buffs, AoE, Removes Buffs, Increase DMG

Hyde is a Fighter type Esper, he’s very decent in Point War when built right, however he might be very situational with the rest of the game’s modes. His abilities let him remove buffs from his opponents, and he can block them from getting more buffs. His damage dealing capabilities will depend on how much buffs or debuffs are applied to him. Because of this, it can be tricky to maximize his damage potential. You’ll want to have supports to provide the buffs, but you also wouldn’t want the debuffs to affect him greatly.

JEANNE

Features: Stun Debuff, Reduce Enemy AP, Removes Buffs

Jeanne is a Controller type Esper, she’s a well-balanced character that’s suitable for all game modes except for Apep. Her main focus is her debuffing capability since all of her abilities can lead to a stun which can stop opponents from attacking. Aside from negating enemy attacks with stunning, she can also remove their buffs which will make them weaker, this is especially useful if an opponent will use immunity in order to live longer.

JIN YUYAO

Features: Support Skills, Control Skills, Immunity, Removes Debuffs, Transfer Debuffs, Increase AP

Jin Yuyao is a Support type Esper, she’s great for Point War (Attack), Tower, and the Cube. However, she might be lackluster in modes such as Kronos and Fafnir. Her abilities let her provide continuous support, even if there are other Controllers on the enemy side since she can be immune to Stun, Freeze, and Petrification. She also gets to increase her AP if enemies try to debuff your team. One of her specialties is her removal of debuffs from your team, and moving them to your enemy. Combining all of these abilities makes her great at supporting and controlling at the same time, but you will need build her speed and get speed support as well to make her shine.

REN SI

Features: Tank, Decrease ATK, Survival, Decrease DEF, Taunt

Ren Si is a Tank type Esper, he excels in Point War, the Cube, as well as the Tower. He’s good with the rest of the modes except for Fafnir which will be difficult for him. As a tank, he’s great at surviving enemy hits thanks to his build. He can get your enemies’ attention, and increase his survival with the Standoff buff once his HP reaches critical level. Partner him with great healers, and they’ll have a hard time taking him down further. Not only can he redirect attacks, he can also deal supplementary damage.

SANDER

Features: DPS, Decrease SPD, Increase SPD, Reduce Enemy AP

Sander is a Fighter type Esper, he excels in Kronos and the Tower, and is balanced with the rest of the modes except for Fafnir. As a DPS, he can increase his damage based on how much speed he has, he can also reduce the enemy’s AP at the same time which will help in his momentum. He can also alter turns by reducing the enemy’s speed as well. His captain ability is also very powerful since it can increase his team’s speed by 25%. Because of this, building a speedy team will work well alongside Sander.

TEVOR

Features: True Damage, DPS, Sear Debuff

Tevor is a Fighter type Esper, he works great at Point War (Attack) and the Cube. He is decent with the rest of the game modes except for Fafnir. He has a combination of debuffing enemies, as well as dealing true damage. The debuffs he can deal will deal damage based off his attack, and this is troublesome if your enemy cannot remove the sear. However, if they have supports that can dispel, it can affect his damage dealing capabilities.

TRIKI

Features: Stun Debuff, Debuff, AoE, Blocks Buffs, Increase Miss Rate

Triki is a Controller type Esper, he’s very suitable for the Cube, Tower, and Point War as his specialty. However, his abilities might not help much in modes such as Kronos and Apep. If you bring him in Point War however, his abilities are great since he can debuff enemies, as well as block them from getting buffs. He can inflict stun which prevents them from attacking, and increase their chances to miss attacks which can be aggravating. He can also damage an enemy with his passive if they decide to remove debuffs from their allies. All in all, he’s a great controller for modes that are suitable for his abilities.

This concludes our A Tier List for Dislyte. We hope this information has helped you with your team building in the game. Take note that Tier Lists are never final, and they may be subject to change. Some Heroes in the game can get changes in terms of their skills through balance changes as well, and there will be more Heroes available in future updates.
