This is the first level that ramps up the evil to a new level.

There are six bears under there somewhere, I promise. Finding them... is a tough order. The basic strat for this level is to clear the frosting towards the middle of the board. The bears will not be in the most left-hand or most right-hand columns, so that's a relief. Make tons of wrapped candies and fish and stripes. You should aim to have most of the frosting cleared with 15 moves left.
