For the engineer class, what are the best stat boosts from armor to have?

Energy charge stat gives engineer weapons & some engineer armor more power strength. Usually one number + energy stat bonus.

Not sure best one to have. Having armor with good armor, energy armor, health to keep engineer alive can be just as important as what the armor does sometimes.

If resurrection engineer the reduced cooldown one is nice, if energy damage engineer the extra damage one can be useful. Many different ones, some rarer than others.
