Which roger do I put in the UFO research room?

Best results in the UFO research room are Rogers that have been trained in the Charger Class equipped with the +% weapons +% armor because it's supposed to speed up faster than Rogers without the equipped gear. Charger Class +% gear can be found in crates sometimes. It's listed after fighting armor and weapons in inventory after getting them.
