I’m trying to understand how resurrection works in this game. My characters have artifacts the activate when a character in resurrected, but I don’t know how to make my characters resurrect. Any help?

From what I've seen: Some armor, and engineer weapons have resurrection abilities (maybe some artifacts, not sure). The Morning Momosa tournament market last week at my level had gunslinger outfits that resurrected the ally if wearing it and died.
