How is placement determined if tournament tie score is the same?

Whoever has the most trophies gets the tie breaker. If you will notice when tournament first begins and everyone has zero points they are arranged in order from highest to lowest based on their trophy numbers

Really not sure about that, as I've been on the wrong end of this a few times myself. At a guess it could be whoever reached the total first. Or even you beat the highest placed people.

I think it's based on your trophy amount. When the score is tied the player with the higher trophy amount will win the higher spot.

It then goes to your squads power. The person whose squad has more power gets the higher place.
