Chapter 4

This is our full walkthrough for Chapter 4 of Adventure Escape: Murder Manor, another great escape room game from Haiku.

Chapter 4 - The Guests

In chapter 3 we gained access to the guest rooms, so now we can look for clues.

Star: on the lower floor are on the cabinet on the left.

First collect the two statues from the left and right.

Then we start by entering the first room on the left.

Stars: In the window on the right. On the floor on the bottom left.

Take note of the tiles on the wall for a clue.

Open the bedside cabinet on the right and collect the bottle of Lubricant.

Now move to the second room.

Star: On the far left.

Collect the statue from the floor.

Move to the third room.

Use the lubricant on the window to open it. Then collect a stick from the tree outside

Above the fireplace are 2 sets of tiles. This is a puzzle.

Hint: follow the clue from the first room.

Solution:

The fire is now lit.

Collect the statue from the lower left.

Use the stick on the fire to light it and then exit the room.

Enter the fourth room.

Use the lit stick to light the candles by the door. Take a note of the numbers on the mirror.

You now need to go back to the first room. And view the locked cabinet on the left.

Hint: use the code from the previous room.

Collect another statue and then view a birth certificate - Camilla

Move on again to the second room.

There are 5 pedestals and 5 statues to place. This is a puzzle.

Hint: placing the statues will make the pedestals lower depending on their weight. You need to get all the 5 pedestals to the same height.

Solution:

You can now collect a crowbar and also view an ID card.

Move to the third room and use the crowbar on the drawers on the left of the bed to view another birth certificate - Brady.

And then on again to the fourth room. Use the crowbar to open the puzzle box on the left to open it and view a Horoscope puzzle.

Hint: there are 2 rings of symbols that refer to astrological signs. You can tap adjacent pairs of the red symbols to swap them.

Solution:

View the final birth certificate - Fontana.

Now you can return to the first room and view the briefcase on the bed.

Hint. There are 4 colors and 4 sets of 4 digit codes.

Tap the briefcase to view the family tree document.

The document contains a code.

Hint: this is simple Caesar cipher. Letters a substitited by other.

Solution:

This decodes the family tree and you now know that the guests are all related.
