How are axes made I am having problems making tools?

The axes, pick axes, shovels, dynamite, saws, ropes, side planks, tiles, brackets, rough planks, pegs, blank forms, rubber stamps and inkwells can't be made. These items you either find while harvesting crops or collecting from your animals. Sometimes people sell some of their extras through ads but as your level goes up you see less and less of them in the market and you either are patient or you might be lucky and have neighbours who have more than they need of the item you need and you can trade with them.
