Amusement park. Radio puzzle. Clue was London. Big Ben said 2:00. I tried 2 and 0 and 2 and 60. Even tried 12:10. Nothing happened. What am I missing?

It is not the Big Ben photo, it is the London clock found with 3 others in a corridor.
