Getting free Social Points in the Sims FreePlay is a little more difficult that free LP and Simoleans. In order to start getting Free Social Points (SP) you have to connect the game to your Facebook Account and start adding neighbors, then check the Social Tasks and see how you can progress. It's important you have a number of neighbors as with just one it won't always be possible to find everything that you need to complete the Social quests.
An alternative way to get free Social Points is to use the Social Point Flower, however it costs 20 LP per spin, and usually you won't win the same amount of SP back.
