Fritia-Hush is a reliable operative that specializes in dealing Thermal DMG. She has access to really a useful on-field skill that has good crowd control capability, a support skill that buffs the on-field operative, as well as a devastating fire blast that can penetrate multiple targets as an ultimate skill. Fritia uses an assault rifle which allows her to deal consistent damage reliably at medium and long ranges. When she uses her standard skill, she will throw a chain that groups up to five (small) enemies together before exploding, dealing thermal damage while also preventing them from using special skills. Even when dealing against larger enemies, you can still rely on this skill to deal thermal damage and inflict skill interruption as well.
Fritia's support skill buffs the operative on the field with a 5-stack Fire God Protection that reduces damage received and burns surrounding targets. Finally, her ultimate allows her to fire a steady fire blast for a few seconds which she can manually control and will pass through several targets at once. Her manifestations revolved around improving this powerful fire death ray but she doesn't necessarily need those to be effective. Fritia - Hush is one of the free 5-star operatives you can get from the Elite Recruit event.
Best Weapon
Fritia's best weapon is the 5-star thermal assault rifle Lava Bones. This weapon boosts her CRIT DMG and Ultimate Skill DMG significantly. Her Skill DMG against burned targets is increased further as well.
Weapon Alternative(s)
If you don't have Lava Bones, Fritia has some good 4-star alternatives. The first one is Strawberry Shortcake, which is also a thermal assault rifle that provides a bonus ATK based on the weapon user's ATK when a support skill is used.
The next 4-star option is Fury, which fires bullets that penetrate the target and detonate after a delay, dealing thermal damage.

Best Logistic Squad
Fritia-Hush's ultimate is very powerful and can go through several enemies at once, dealing massive damage. In that aspect, her best squad is the Fenya squad which increases her Ultimate DMG with just two officers and with the full squad, increases her DMG by a significant amount seconds after using her Ultimate.
Logistic Officer Alternative(s)
Her next best squad for her is the Xinye squad. This 5-star squad increases the whole squad's maximum U-energy with two officers, and with three officers, increases the U-Energy recovery by the whole squad. Additionally, after using their Ultimate Skill, the equipping operative recovers 20% of the Ultimate energy consumed.
You can also assign the 4-star Phantom Squad to her. The two-officer effect increases the whole party's Ultimate Energy recovery. The three officer effect recovers Uâenergy whenever any operative in your team deals damage. The latter is very easy to trigger, especially if you're actively using support skills that can inflict damage to single or multiple enemies. This squad also focuses on getting her ultimate gauge filled up quicker, allowing her to use her Ultimate more often.
Finally, you can also consider using the 4-star Courier Squad which increases the U-energy recovery of the user with two officers, and the U-energy recovery of the whole team with three officers.

Neuronics
For Fritia-Hush's neuronics, it's recommended to prioritize the following:
- DMG (Ultimate 1)
- DMG (Ultimate 2)
- DMG (Standard 1)
- Control (Standard 2)
As mentioned above, Fritia's Ultimate Skill can be very devastating and potent so prioritizing its improvement is highly recommended. The first neural skill buff increases the final DMG bonus of her ultimate skill, while the second neural skill increases the final DMG dealt by her ultimate (as long as she's using a Thermal weapon)
Her standard skill has great crowd control ability with a debuff that prevents them from using special attacks for a few seconds so we need to improve that next. The first neural buff applies the Burning effect on the target after Fritia uses her standard skill, dealing Thermal DoT (damage over time) for a few seconds. The second buff adds a Stun effect to enemies hit by the Standard skill's blast.
