How do you collect gas tiles in the mine?

How do you collect gas tiles in the mine? I have a challenge that says collect gas tiles but if you trace your finger on them they don’t collect. I found a thing online that said you have to build the ventilation shaft. But there’s no building to build called that. Thx.

Gas tiles collected with flint tool which changes to rubble which can be collected in long chain or dynamite.

What's the flint tool? Who / when (level?) can you get it. Same for dynamite. 0 0 REPORT
