Influence

Influence is needed for magical tools and building decorations. They are also needed for upgrading castles so that they would produce more runes every 24 hours. Influence are rewarded by completing quests and challenges, as well as revisiting previous settlements and completing their themed quests, and they also are given out if you participate in the Royal Quests.

You can also get Influence as a random drop in the Witch's Hut. In the Magic Portal, you can exchange 100 Influence points for three tools (random but one is assured to be a magical tool). Magical tools include Golden tokens (allow you to transform certain raw materials in the puzzle board into something else), Hourglass (allows you to rewind your previous action), Magic Wand (automatically removes all of the chosen tile from the board), Metal Mirror (changes metal to rocks), and Magic Seed (fields last twice as long). Decorations also release Influence points upon building them.
