Why won't Janet take the cup of tea?

It's easy to work out, Janet will only except Calamine tea and myself I choose green tea thinking the leaf icon was herbal tea and that was my mistake.

You now need to ask Nordcurrent Support Team to reset your game only if you want to continue to play and I asked them to reset my game answered under 24hrs and I received a reply stating that it has been done.

You can try chamomile tea it worked for me.
