How to Open the Hatch in the Abandoned House

This is a puzzle guide for Murder by Choice. After talking to Ruben at the top of the lighthouse he suggests you check out the Abandoned House to look for hiding places for the sniper.

Go to the house and tap on the items on the floor in the center to move them and find a hatch. The hatch has a lock on it.

Drag in the small pin to the mechanism to start a puzzle.

This is a cog placement puzzle. You need to arrange the cogs on the spindles to fit together so that when you turn the cog on the right, both of the locks on the left will open.

Hints:

Some of the cogs that are in place can be moved.

You do not need to use all of the cogs.

Once opened you can then go down through the hatch to a secret tunnel.
