How to Beat Genie's Test in the Genetica Keep

This is a puzzle guide for Murder by Choice. After revealing Project Genetica to everyone Ruben invites you to interview him but first you need to get Genie to come out for a Photo. To do this you need to beat the IQ test to get a treat for Genie. You will find the test by tapping on the small grid panel on the right.

This test is a matching pairs game. You need to find 12 pairs of symbols within 30 moves to complete it. At the start you will have a few second to study the position of the symbols before you begin, use this time carefully. If you fail it will start again.

Unfortunately the layout of symbols on each game is random so we cannot share a solution for the test. To make it easier for yourself try to remember the locations of 3, 4 or 5 matches when you can see the symbols and take these off the board straight away. After that it should be possible to use trial and error to get the rest within the moves available. Take your time and remember what you turn up on each go.

If you still have trouble then when the puzzle restarts you can take a screenshot of the pieces and then use that to refer to if you get stuck.
