Tap the glass window on the back wall.

Tap the Roman numerical 1 to reveal the front half.

Tap the Roman numeral 3 to complete the elephant.

Tap the elephant.

In an alcove at the back there is a panel with 4 buttons. Check the guide for Find the Blue Folder in the Vault if you need help with it.
