How do you sample the rash tissue on Ruben in the workshop?

You should have the petri dish. Drag and place that on the counter to the right of Ruben. First tap the dish to open it and then there will also be a small jar, tap to open that aw well. Then drag the jar to the dish to pour in some liquid.
Finally drag a swab to the hand to take a sample and it will be placed in the dish.
