How do you find the number 4 in the dive scene?

inside the boat there is a box with a lid you have to lift, you'll see a number 1. You have to turn the little knobs and then you'll see the number 2, 3 and finally 4.

At the top of the scene there is a square shaped thing. Tap it to open, and then turn each of the knobs once.
