How do I start the game from the beginning?

I contacted support about this and the only way is to delete your account and restart the game that way

Thanks, but how do you delete your account?

I've tried uninstalling the game and installing it on a different Google Play Store account, but it still took me back to where I was in the game instead of back at the beginning.

Go to Settings and choose Support. You'll see the option to delete your account at the bottom of the screen.
