How do I get the glowing liquid in the laboratory?

There is a keycard lying on the bottom curved shelf in the middle of the room.

(Another way to locate it is there is a robotic hand with a blue fingertip a few shelves above it.)

Drag the card to the red scanner, once it opens click the pink glowing tube.
