How do I find the fishing reel underwater in the boat wreck?

You need to get a crag to move from the box on the left. Drag a shell over from the right to do this. Check the fuel tank guide for more help.

There is a shell on the right hand side of the screen above the flag. Drag it to the toolbox and it will cause the lobster to leave the box. The toolbox will open and you retrieve the reel.
