How can I fix the panel without the chisel that was first given to fix it? There is no longer a panel on the wall.

I found the chisel to open the panel but after the game said that needs to restart, suddenly the chisel was gone and I have no idea on how to open the panel without the chisel. Sigh!.

I have the same problem. I have the chisel and the microchip I went to fix it and the game restarted and now Ruben isn’t even standing there anymore and there’s no Panal on the wall. Ugh! Does anyone know how to fix this

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer. But, I'm glad to know that it isn't something I did to cause the glitch.

Has anybody figured out how to fix it? I apologize for my very late comment.
