I have one last collectable and I saw a hint it's by the greenhouse on the tree but it is not there..

I have one last collectable and I saw a hint it's by the greenhouse on the tree but it is not there on mine. I've reopened it a couple times and nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?

I read on another site, you have to get that one when it is not raining.

Some of the collectibles are only available some of the time. You may need to keep checking at different times, or if you missed it then you need to come back when you have completed the story.
