I found the ice machine but how do I find the ice pack?

I found the ice machine but how do I find the ice pack? There are no searchable areas, and all anyone I find says is “get ice”.

Fix the ice machine first

The ice bag is found in a hidden object scene in the walk in fridge in the Kitchen. Find the Ice Bag in the Kitchen

Go into the fridge and see if the scene activates for you. If not try closing and reopening the game.

There is no mini game populating for me to earn the Ice Bag. This is becoming a joke

You have to pull down on the lever on the ice machine so it says it is broken. Then click on the panel on the right and reattach the hose. Then, it will activate the search for the ice bag.
