I am stuck in the Underground Investigation:

-Go to the Hallway

-Go to Genetica Keep

There is nothing to do in neither places, and I can't find anyone? Help!

You have to find genie unconscious with Ruben. If you went into the entrance hall from the control room, you went the wrong way. Contact customer support and tell them what happened and they will fix it.
