As of this writing, only Raiden belongs to this category. He can be acquired by completing all battles in the Raiden Challenge event or buy him from the store at a cost of 198,000 Koins. His ability, Storm God instantly removes 20% of the opponent's health so it's quite effective against opponents with more healths. However, this skill misses if ever the opponent tags out while the lightning strikes. This doesn't hit opponents who are in the middle of tagging in.
