Sphinx Scramble Event Rewards and Milestones

Sphinx Scramble starts at (8 AM PT / 11 AM ET / 4 PM BST) on April 8th and runs for three days, finishing at (1 PM PT / 4 PM ET / 9 PM BST) on April 11th 2024. This is the second and final solo milestone event for Fountain Partners, you can get more gold coins from the current tournament, Marble Trouble.

This guide lists all Sphinx Scramble rewards and milestones to help you plan your participation in this event, as well as providing our best tips for how to play the type of solo event this is, which is a 'corners' event, where the point scoring tiles are the corner squares.

Spinx Scramble contains double rewards for some milestones, so where you see two rewards listed for the same milestone, to get the second one you have to complete it within a timer that appears when you reach that level. Except for the final milestone, where you get both rewards on completion of the event.

How to Play, Win and Get Points in Sphinx Scramble

The only tiles on the board you can get points for this event are the corner squares (GO, Just Visiting, Free Parking and Go to Jail), you'll get four points for landing on any of them. Then that score is multiplied by whatever your dice multiplier is to give you your total points for landing on a corner square.

Those points then get added to your event score and get you closer to the next milestone (see the milestone and rewards list above).

Because these squares are spaced our evenly, and there is just one that you can aim for at a time, it makes it difficult to score well easily. The best chances the land on a corner square is if you are 6,7 or 8 tiles away from one, these are the numbers with the highest probability that you can roll with two dice. However, still rolling an exact number with two throws is still very difficult. So look out for other incentives such as Railrords, Chance and Shields when you are working out if you want to try a high dice multiplier throw or not.

Sphinx Scramble coincides with Fountain Partners, and there are also coin event tokens on the board too which are useful to land on to get more gold coins for that partners event which also runs until April 11th.

Out of the four corner squares to aim for, Go to Jail is the best one because it will give you a chance to win free dice rolls too. Landing on Go to Jail and rolling a double with the three tries it gives you will give you free dice based on the score you roll and your multiplier. So for example, if you roll a double 6 with a 10 multiplier, you get 60 free dice rolls (6x10).

Look out for high roller opportunities, but also be wary of losing a lot of dice if you throw too much at one turn.

Winning at this event does not necessarily mean getting to the end and completing all the milestones, take a look at the rewards table, and work out where it is practical for you to get to and what reward you ideally want to get to..

Also think about your progress in the tournament that is running at the same time and the milestones that you want to get through in that event.
