The LaRosa estate is saved from Leonard Ricci @ Mr. Rich. The person from 'Order of Ascending Eye' Mr. Jack Lawrence is revealed to be a retired government spy finally. After finding the evidence he actually was actually looking for, he comes to know how good Aunt Mary @ Diana Xander is and based the evidence and request from him, the state drops all the charges against LaRosa estate and Aunt Mary. It happens somewhere around level 2527 on Day 60.

Update: After saving the estate from Mr. Rich, Lily decides to handover the estate to the county so it can be turned into a museum and all the money from Diana Xander's account goes to a trust to maintain the museum (this fix the tax evasion issue too). Lily comes to this decision as she believes this could help common public to know more about the LaRosas, especially Mary. It's like a tribute to her aunt. Whitney continues to work on 3 books, the last manuscript of Nightingale novels, aunt Mary's biography and the history of LaRosas.

After the Mansion is turned into Museum, Lily comes across a National Park like area and helps to restore it. It's the Hermits Creek. It has new story with all it's twists and turns. After that story, Isla Bonita story line comes up. So if you are gonna stop playing just because you r upset with Lily giving up the mansion, hang on. You can still play and the game has more simple story lines. So I would suggest you to continue playing if you prefer.

Lily's gives only the mansion for museum, and keeps her aunt's house. So she lives in Aunt Mary's house. Mr. Philip Jones gifted his plot which is right next to Luke's residence to Regina. Regina and Whitney built a house and start living there as Lily & Luke's neighbours.

Ugh I'm only on 1856. At this rate the story never ends.... It also ticks me off that I have to use 3 stars for simple tasks.

They drop the case. It doesn't ever come out and say exactly why but it has to do with her aunt. She doesn't lose the estate!

It ticks me off that I had to use 20 stars just to talk to mr bubblegum and find out what he knows about aunt mary. That was useless and just wasted my time. Also why are some of the play levels so flipping difficult? If you want us to play, make them so we can at least get through them!.

It's not the number of levels but DAYS.
The original story arc to inherit the property took 30 days.
The Mr Rich story arc along with the Order of Ascending Eye all wraps up by DAY 62.
You can watch all the cutscenes on YouTube.
I dislike what Lily did with the property since she was worried the county will seize the property
to pay outstanding property taxes.
Stories after day 62 are extras.
(SPOILERS)

Lily gives the property and the money to the State of California.
She kept the house. Should be the players decision.

It really should be the players choice cause I can tell you now I wouldn't give anything away she would end up living in the Manson and letting friends or family live in the smaller house. I'd like to see Mr. Rich in jail where he belongs. Reason I thank this way is cause I know there are real life ways out of paying tax debt that was owed by a family member. We worked to hard beating these levels to restore the property just to have her give it away.

This property is Lily's inheritance and her Aunt did not want her to give it away or sell it. Personally Lily drives me nuts. If you owe taxes by a family member you can get a loan using the property as a means behind it, typically you can always make payment plans with taxes and let's be honest Lily is not business savvy at all. She could be renting her property to rich peoples weddings, special occasions and sell daily tickets to her giant botanical garden and make millions a year just on that. She could have added many other businesses selling plants, renting to restaurants.. She knew movie stars who may have been willing to help her situation if she weren't so annoyed with them. There are ways of dealing with taxes owed by family members as well like someone mentioned. So now the state is gonna make money off of your families name? Own your families graves? Who will represent your family better than you? You could have run your own museum established a legitimate business. But no Lily needs to feel like a good person taking up no space in the world and gets trampled by it. Sorry her estate, the rights to Barry Means, the money in the other account worth much more than owed. If the book was being made into movies sorry but I'm sure she could have paid unpaid taxes without that much at all from the books and movies. I don't want to spend hours decorating so the man just takes it away. Make a new chapter where Lily gets back her property lol or has a choice. Like there are movies still being made in which she has the rights and you're telling me she can't pay this off. We're supposed to perceive this as an act of good will instead of her own ignorance. Sorry Lily what's the point of your story if our hardwork ya throw away. Last time I settle for a puzzle game. Her lawyer was good but she needed a shark. I can't play this game anymore.
