Yesterday I purchase Superb flower fairy sale pack. The top up center did show top up complete, but in game it does not give me what I purchase, so I tried top up the second time, and same thing happens. Both attempt got charged! Customer support ask me to provide receipt, but their top up center NEVER send any receipt, which means they don't and can't do anything about it. SCAMED.

Another issue is I got the "abstract art" chat bubble from the July event. It has a check mark and the icon is greyed out, which mean I GOT the item, but in my inventory theres no "abstract art" to unlock. When I try to equip it, it says I need to obtain from purchase or something. I show proofs I didnt get the "abstract art", customer support ignore the issue, 3 weeks now still NOTHING.

GAME IS A SCAM AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS AF.
