I love the game, l have friend we compare where we are.
Love Hidden objects but green badge challenge is ridiculous! You don’t get enough badges from playing scenes to complete a 3 sector challenge! Really, need to make some changes so that it’s enjoyable to play. Instead of frustrating. Thank you and I hope for some changes in the green badge challenge.
What began as a pleasant hidden objects game has morphed into big business with numerous side hustles offered to players. I've got 4 years and too much money invested in this game to quit, but I have cut back on my spending. For a game that requires speed and accuracy, it is plagued by frequent freezes and delays during gameplay. The most annoying, new gimmick they offer involves "skips" (for purchase, naturally) which allow players to circumvent their never-ending ads. Fair enough, but if you purchase skips, you HAVE to use them when the opportunity to do so presents itself. You cannot save them up to use at your own discretion. I can't wait to see what they come up with next. Just remember, a fool and his or her money are soon parted. Wooga...fix the glitches and freezes!!!
Great game but getting pricier to purchase specials and items
I liked it much better before the online gaming company purchased it.. now it reeks of algorithm game manipulations and player odds
Their support is very vague in their responses. Fun game but don’t expect any help from their support!.
I really like the hunting in the game, but there are too many rounds on the last round. Confusing I realize, but hope you understand what is meant. I also find my self spending too much money on the game. There are times when I have to slow down for a week or so before I can continue playing. The Decective League is especially bad for me because the time limit won't let me slow down so incomecan catch up.
I like it, but wish it would make it so you can message members privately without facebook. I think the Secrets part takes way too long to complete, and I think that you get way too many dejavu's when trying to complete albums. It's frustrating and feels like a scam. I also think you should be able to pay to remove ads, or at the very least don't make me watch an ad a million times for an app I already have (ahem Royal Match).
Good game however I find that some of the competitions do not have enough time for completion.
I like the game. I play every day. Easy to complete help wanted cases.
Secrets is too difficult to finish in 20 seconds. I end up buying too many diamonds to keep the score boosted higher.
Love everything except sweep the board as it’s almost impossible to reach the final prize-too difficult and too many steps to get there.
Love it but it needs some tweeks. Tropical island setting does not lend itself to snow conditions. Would also like to be able to change the facing of structures as they are all set for the same facing direction… would also include an option to purchase other shrubs that were previously available… even set icons for shrubs, trees, flowers, etc separate from the rest to help decorate the island.
Fun game but instructions are hard to find, I get a lot of awards but no idea what they are or where to use them
I like this game, but something is going wrong here
I really like this game, but it's very difficult to find the right team
Overall I love the game but have been playing for 3 months and still struggle with running out of flowers and land. I wish there were better instructions and tips because it’s extremely frustrating. Also it’s very frustrating to buy a decoration which says it’ll be ready in X number of hours only to come back and find it’s added lots more time until the flowers are ready!
It is an entertaining game. I mostly play as a way to interact with my wife as we we have so few common interests.
On the whole I like June's Journey but the game could use some improvement. Not everyone who plays has money to spend on games. The competitions and specials they provide aren't very fair if you can't buy resources. One example is the diamond vault. You play scenes and the vault collects every diamond along the way (Of course, there are more diamonds than in regular game play.) Once the vault is full, you have to pay $19.99 to get the diamonds. There is no alternative. To add insult to injury. after the fault is full, if you don't buy the vault you don't get any diamonds until the offer expires, not even you one or two you would get normally.
Lot of fun. Good for your Mind. Great for socializing if you join a Team.
I love the HO and decorating aspects of the game. Some of the side events are good, but the speed events are getting difficult to accomplish because of my poor eyesight. With bifocals, it's difficult for my eyes to adjust to the scene rapidly enough to catch all of the objects most of the time, even with using hints.
Also, I am not very happy with the direction JJ game is steering towards. The game algorithms are completely skewed to require a player to spend a lot of diamonds if they wish to advance at a decent pace in the game. As everyone is aware, diamonds cost real money to acquire in JJ game. Four stars for the HO and decorating part of the game.. three stars for everything else.
I like the game, to too play the game to prevent Alzheimer, but it takes way too much hours of the day and some objects have two meanings so makes it harder to find, e.g.a bat I like for a long baseball bat when it’s actually the animal bat, I don’t like that part of the game
Thoroughly enjoyed up until now. Frustrating not to be able to make a trail :-(
I enjoy playing the game. I think a few things can be changed so we can get more usable snippets, and I can't do Sweep the Board because there's not enough time given to play.
The game is well designed, but the Tutorial is not adequate.
At this present time not much fun cant log in no answer from wooga yet
Great game, I don't like all the extra mini games, but the core game is great
Great game but you need to read all info to play correctly.
I think it can be improved with a Fair. Zoo. Market etc for other islands.
A bus on road would be nice. Police station etc.
It could be endless!.
Been playing about 10 months. I really like decorating the island and the story. I don't like ALL the waiting to play in between. By the time I get to the next scene I have forgotten where the story was. I NEVER pay real money for a game online. I guess I'm stuck in this waiting game. I want to finish since I put so much time in to this game. My rating is 3 because of all the wasted time WAITING WAITING to play for 3 mins.
Pro’s- The game is fun to play, especially at the beginning, because it goes faster and *hooks* you. You play and decorate your islands, there are different themes ie: Christmas, summer etc.
Cons:- EXPENSIVE! My biggest complaint is that you can’t move on once your *island* is decorated, until you complete a certain number of levels, which takes SO long, you end up with all your decorations on top of each other. So it looks ridiculous. Where they lure you in at the beginning, showing you that you play and as you move along, more land opens up. NOT TRUE! Also, this game has an ending, so all your REAL money, which can literally be in the THOUSANDS, yes, THOUSANDS of dollars, is gone.
I really like the game but there are occasional glitches.
I like the concept of the game, it seems that many have found a way to cheat which ruins it for those who want to enjoy the game. For me, I will continue to play until it isn't enjoyable
One only game I have played. Helped me thru this pandemic but find it a very frustrating and addictive game as well.kinda had enuf. Spent much too much
I started playing in December. It is a very attractive looking “world”. There are lots of little activities to tend to which are kind of fun. I have enjoyed the game so far but have avoided joining a club, because I have never been into competition. All that being said I am pretty sure I won’t continue much longer because I am not happy about the $$$ I have spent so far and I don’t plan on spending any more. I would be fine with some level of monetizing but this is ridiculous. My personal rating is because of the spendiness. Other than that I would probably rate it much higher.
Been playing game 3-4 months. Love it but becoming a little put off by resources I must give for the little rewards to continue to play the game.
Snippets are difficult to finish.. short 1 last game. Sweep the Board is frustrating when you can not afford the Ds to keep going. Different names for same items.. but this is a game of interpretation of clues.
Find it hard to hit clues that are around the flash bar. Comps are stressing, especially when you know where the items are but are not fast enough.
One big bonus, likely not even thought of by coders is the soothing effect of the rolling waters. It is like sitting on seashore watching the waves.. play 2-4 hrs /day.
I started playing this game when I’m hospital and continued when housebound. Now that I’m better? I seem to be playing more than ever. Good game but it’s annoying to have to resist so long to progress. Also, I’m only on level 484 but already there are very few decorations available.
Really enjoyed the game at first but now that the game keeps closing down I'm less likely to play. I also seem to close down most often when trying to claim rewards.
I feel that when you are accumulating only points and waiting for compasses, every 10-20 rounds you should able to earn a compass... Very frustrating!.
I enjoy the game immensely... communication from your help tab has been non-existent for 2 days since I reported the issue
This is a fun game that is highly addictive, but that unfortunately contains a very high level of ads and that constantly crashes. If you can work around all of that, it's one of the best games I've played.
Tons of ads….and, increasingly it is becoming a game that makes it challenging to play without purchases. Also, gambling elements are being added in and not just skill-based or random play. Definitely not as much fun as it was just a year ago….
Graphics are great, game is interesting and fun to play. However, there is a real push to pay real money. They dangle a lot of great decorations and prizes but it seems you need to pay extra to get them.
I love this game very much, but I do not like the club I belong to. Not too enjoyable no communication whatsoever among the players.
Great game overall. Wish you could rotate buildings or objects, perhaps use the sea area also, but it's still great...
I loved it until you had to clutter everything up just to continue on.
I love searching for items in each scene, but sometimes I am frustrated when I use the help light bulb and the item seems to come out of a wall or something. It's not visible until I use the light bulb.
Great game because of the high team competition level, but that invites a lot of cheaters.
Hidden object makes ones think & use their fine motor skills! It’s just a game!
Well it’s definitely hooked my interest and I’m enjoying decorating although I now have to cram stuff onto the island making it more like a metropolis than an idyllic island
Enjoyable game. I wish we could buy and sell extra items within the game.
I actually discovered this game while on an extended hospital stay followed by bed bound then house bound time. Then I was really interested in it but the time waiting for compasses for more space and looking at the mess that was the island has finally gotten too much.
Good, but a bit irritating how long some buildings/items take to complete
Wish I could rotate objects. Love buying and developing land.
I like the game. Not a fan of the competitions. Don't like that my prize is still often compasses when I have no more islands to open. And really Don't like that the best decorations have to be purchased but the DL prize is a duplicate from a previous season.
I love this game. But I play it as a game. Not cut throat and ruthless like some. I will spend time but not spend money to play. I do wish they would allow us to drop notifications of mail to our team mates in the island mailbox. We are not on facebook with all of our team members, so it is hard to communicate with them.
Game is challenging, creative and fun from a talented team of developers. However, should any “glitch” happen while playing, which has happened to me 3x, don’t expect the Wooga Customer Service team to support you. I get the feeling from my conversations with their help desk that they could care less if they retain you as a player, even when they admit missing items were a “glitch” on their side.
Good, but bit slow at times waiting to earn flowers to progress and compasses to provide space.
A fun game with intrigue. The pace is sometimes a bit slow, but the graphics are top rate.
Love game, but it is getting tedious recently with all the changes. The developers are decreasing the awards given to players for regular play.
I like it except for the flowers you need to advance in game playing. I think they request a lot of flowers, sometimes so many you have to buy buildings to get to flower count & that means you can't play for days till your buildings are built & you get the flowers.
I like the games and challenges, and our club, but the lack of variation in games or tasks (Help Wanted) is starting to annoy me. Always the same tasks, some variation would be nice.
I like the gameplay but I don't like some of the story lines. I am not in favor of sex outside marriage and I think marriage is supposed to be between a man and a woman.
Very poor algorithms. Use lots of diamonds. Cost a pretty penny.
Confused at times. It takes forever to clear one star. A perfect score doesn't even guarantee 10%
I love the game except when you get back to back serve drinks & collect tips multiple times in cases during a short period of time.
It’s ok but it’s too longer wait to reach the compasses especially on the 3rd island
Mixed thoughts. Good about helping with most things but not so much with tournament problems
Nice pastime except when you get stuck... Can't expand, not enough orchids, too long for purchases for orchids to mature.
Fun and challenging. Best way to get ahead is to join a team.
So far so good : ) other than I don't always know what I'm doing.
Sometimes it is great and other times it makes no sense.
I just think its fun, Its different it has everything I like and want from a game.
I loved the game for two years, I am on level 872 but am starting to tire of it. I find myself longing for flower jail, I couldn't get arrested now, even if I tried. What used to be a selfish guilt free pleasure now requires a daily commitment to an anonymous team; I feel guilty if I don't show up at 8pm. I've been gifting the same people the same bush for two years, I'd prefer to move boat entirely than leave the team. In addition the endless competitions recently left me feeling like a mouse on a wheel. There's no point in changing my name because my island is easily identifiable, it's just so bloody beautiful, I'm not joking.
I do like the game. Have only been playing for a few months but frustrating issues keep coming up which is making it less enjoyable. I think finding objects and trying to do it quickly is fun but I also enjoy decorating the island and that's where the frustration comes in.
1. So far I hate upgrading buildings, especially when I find the upgrades too gawdy. I liked the original mansion, then I was forced to upgrade it as part of the new player tutorial that is part of the game. I played the game before and don't want to let my house look like Cesar's palace again because I want to imagine it as a place I'd like to be. So I've stopped upgrading but I have to deal with a constant icon on my screen telling me to upgrade and I can't minimize it. Same with the fountain and stable. The fountain ends up looking like it belongs in an amusement park so I'm not going to upgrade it.
2. When I first played the game, I ended up getting items that I didn't want to display on my island and am not allowed sell. Maybe the storage needs to be available from the get go.
3. My original game was uninstalled, wasn't backed up by Facebook and I cannot access it. I started a new game and found my old game still showing up as an active game that other players could visit and gift plants to and was still taking up a spot in the coffee group. But other players would have no idea that that player who they may be sending plants to or are expecting to share coffee with no longer exists and won't be able to help other players back. Now I'm wondering how many other players that I visit and gift plants to are actually defunct games inoperable games.
I've really enjoyed game upto the where very few materials have been rewarded the last few days, my rating cannot be a five, maybe a four
I really enjoying playing and competing. I wish there were more variety of items to purchase with coins. It would be better if you could rotate the items also. It would be nice if they could group teams together for competitions that don't cheat.
I played before and it cost me too much money. So I am trying again.
Great game but I am at the point where the Seances take to long to open up
I love the game but have trouble navigating Facebook.
I love the game, been playing for ages, only wish I could afford to buy diamonds sometimes as it would help me advance.. Better than most other hidden games.
Easy and enjoyable. (Started about a month ago)
It’s a great game and a bit addictive for me! I feel frustrated with the team competitions though. Some teams earn in the millions while the majority of teams earn much much lower scores. Something feels a bit off about this.
I have become addicted to June‘s journey. I like building on island, then tearing it apart to make room for other new buildings.
My favorite thing is to decorate my island. That's just my personality. But I enjoy the various scenes also, and really like the competitions. I like that I can go at my own pace; sometimes playing often and other times not.
My review is that there's too many people playing the game and that's probably why the game keeps sticking and things take forever to move
I was really enjoying this game. It’s held my interest, even though it can get expensive.
It used to be really fun and relaxing. Once you finish the 1st island it's all down hill. You can definitely tell the original owners are gone. The new owners have ruined the game.
65 years old and I'm playing it LOL My wife also plays it.
I hate the scenes where you have to find clues between otherwise I love the game
Love it but don’t understand how to obtain more islands even though I am level 684
Enjoy the game overall but often frustrated with the end of chapter activity. The developers logic escapes me in the absence of directions. Even the light bulb has not provided a workable clue on several occasions.
It’s a fun game but I’m thoroughly disappointed that they reused the same Halloween items from last year and that you can’t store anything without losing your points you need to get to the next chapter. So I guess it’s going to be the same items for Xmas too? Have some creativity.
I like it keeps my brain occupied through covid lock down Has some communication issues.
I'm Loving J.J , especially after creating a team who I now have become friends with. We share bushes, playthe comps, but are not liking playing against Magic Eye people on spot the difference competitions. , We love to chat and share coffees, and get heaps of energy to play our game and the comps. Overall I love this game. Think I'm probably addicted, but as a pensioner I guess I've earned the right to sit in front of my lap top and play JJ for as long as I like .It is great company.. Thanks Wooga.
The game itself is excellent, but constant problems getting back to the game after watching an ad (candy crush always) needs to be fixed.
It's a pretty fun game. just wish they would make the Spot the Difference game a separate game so all this finger pointing to magic eye players as being cheaters will stop. :(
I really like this game... very entertaining and addicting!
I really like this game. The story line and side challenges are fun. But I take breaks more frequently now, to the point of almost forgetting to play, because it's VERY frustrating trying to acquire the amount of compasses that are necessary to clear space for decorations (which you need to earn flowers; flowers are needed to progress in the game). Of course, there is an option to use real money to help you move forward, and I've done that as I believe the developers should be paid, but the balance is off. Also, many items take much too long to build.
I love this game but can no longer play as can’t get past St. Prudence.
The game is fun, but there's little variety when it comes to items to decorate your island with. I also don't like how lots of items are squared or have squares around them. Some of them should be rounded out made to look more natural. I also think there are too many compuses to be acquired when trying to unlock the land lots
I like it, but its ridiculous that you can only rarely get a compass; also why my latest buildings not getting renovations...i must have hundreds of materials on hand.
This game is addicting and hard at times. I'm hooked!!!
I enjoy it still trying to build a team that works
I am enjoying it but quickly involves $ to advance
With lots of patience you can still play with limited cost but additional offers are timed. Has an addictive element. End of chapter solutions require deeper thought as really vague suggestions. Prompt not always helpful. It is fun.
Love the game. Keeps me on my toes. I would love to see the characters get new clothing.
I love the game but getting very tired of having to play the same scenes over and over. It takes way to long to earn flowers and compasses. I have been stuck way too long. Having to purchase stuff I don't want just to move forward in the game.
I love the decorations and the idea of using my memory but I still get confused with the flowers
I like the game as it challenges your memory of objects. I wish you could expand easier either using diamonds or something to expedite it.
I really enjoy the game its actually pretty relaxing, unless you want to get all "perfects" through out the game. Lol
Sometimes there are items that you just can't see, just use the little light bulb to help you find it.
I like hidden object games, but I've had problems with the counter not giving me my energy bolts and tonight I had an issue with the game I paid my 10 energy bolts and it kicked me back to my island and kept my energy bolts. I reported it to the support team so I'm waiting on their reply.
Huge fan until stuck in “flower hell”, good luck to future players that might maneuver better than I have to end up stuck.
The game itself is fun and a somewhat challenging. The new tasks in Detectives Needed are a bit frustrating as some tasks are reoccurring in sucession.
June's Journey is a journey. At first it's the challenge of finding things and the decoration of the island is kind of "in the way" of moving on, but in time, it shifts to the challenge of managing the stars and the time and maximizing the rewards and fitting the decorations on the island in a way that pleases you, and learning what it is to join a group. I'm still on the first Island but looking forward to more of the journey. I choose not to spend any "real" money, so my "eye breaks" are during the multiple ads that play during my game.
Liked it till I got stuck. Need to be able to earn more compases
It’s exciting and keeps you wanting to follow the story line.
Think it's great! Keeps the old brain working!.
I enjoy it. the story is getting a bit weak but theres heaps to entertain outside that
Like it so far. Reading suggestions. Patience required as not spending my $ is the true game. Saving coins for maximum flower to square ratio. Beautifully made game. Saving diamonds to get 150 energy bar. Thanks.
Intense at times. Keeps me captured and want to keep playing. Good for keeping the mind sharp.
Amazing, addicting, so fun! Only problem is you either have to be veeeery patient or spend a bunch of money if you want to play more than a few minutes at a time.
Good game, could be better, more things to buy for the land such as houses, even on an inhabited island people need some where to live
Visually very attractive, mildly challenging. I've been playing a couple of weeks now and the hidden object scenes are getting a little monotonous in terms of the kind of challenge they pose. Visually though they are varied and beautifully illustrated. The lure of the gorgeous items available for decorating the island keeps me enthralled.
It is my life. I am handicapped however and can no longer see it on a tiny cell phone.
Love it! Except having to redecorate when there's no room left on island so I have to wait days for something I already have to build another one to be able to get enough flowers to move on.
I love the game bit last 3 days cannot log in. Message says cannot connect to servers.
Like game but need to let players know why can't get to next level
Brilliant! I'm totally hooked.
Bit frustrated at the speed at which you can unlock new areas of the estate. Seem to have enough money and purple gems to buy stuff but not space to put things in. My estate is looking very crowded! Need more compasses please.
Bien mais vivement le volume 3 car on s ennuie maintenant dans le jeu et pouvant moins gagner de coffrre 5 étoiles difficile d avoir les objets merveilleux offerts
They’ve stopped adding chapters. I read that they were adding every 2 weeks ( 20 chapters). That was in 2017-18?. (It’s now, 2020) Now, for almost 2 months I’ve hit the last chapter (50) available. Since they’ve added competition teaming and flights that only add to coins or flowers using pieces u get from playing scenes. Trouble is there a quest that you do by opening boxes, beating your score( can’t do that when there are none available) gifting plants which is only 1x in 24 hour period. Now, that said one really can’t play the scenes to reveal the next quest. You may only X out of a quest also, once every 24 hours. Has I had know they’d stope me at level 750 and just leave me hanging I probably would have never started this journey.
I enjoy the game ! I like the different adventures and I think that the scenes with the hidden objects are a good challenge to find. This helps to strengthen my memory. I do feel that the game is too slow to give out compasses..
I play it everyday. I like it a lot. June’s story is fascinating.
I like it.... it's addictive though and sometimes frustrating
Great game. Not happy about the amount of orchids you have to collect before you can go on to the next scene. Sometimes I play the scene I've mastered for 4 days before I can move on
I really like it but it is very hard to understand what I should do with the various icons such as stars
Great game just stuck at the minute. Looking forward to progressing
I’m enjoying it, I’m a little frustrated when I look at other people’s islands and they have better decorations and I don’t know how to get them!
I enjoy playing this game. I would like most objects to move, especially the locomotive. It just sits there even though my track is complete. It would be nice if the horse galloped around a bit in its field.
I enjoy it very much-------most of the time. Sometimes it almost becomes real and I worry when I can't do something I want. But a fun game most of the time
