Austin doesn't want to sell the house, so he'll do his best in order to have renovations made. You'll have to gather some points in the game to perform these renovations, and you can do them by clearing puzzles.

What kind of Puzzle does Homescapes have?

The puzzle system in Homescapes require you to match 3 pieces that are adjacent to each other. You can also line up more than 3 pieces and they'll provide you with other benefits. Your goal is to clear out the required piece that's on the left side of the puzzle section.

Your to-do list is available on your tablet, which is on the lower left hand side of the screen. If you open it, you'll see the task on hand and how much stars it will require. When you start the game, you'll be replacing the carpet that's near the entrance which requires 1 star. The more puzzles that you complete, the more tasks you'll be able to do.
