What are Ribbon with Bows in Match-3 Elements? These are obstacles that are shapes as a bow, and you'll have to unravel them until you can remove it. Unraveling the bow might multiple tries until it can be fully removed.

In order to unravel the bow, you'll have to match pieces beside it. Activating power ups will also unravel the bow. If you untie at least one bow, you can then remove the entire ribbon.
