Defenders Guide
There are no flying enemies in level 7 - so you can adjust the cards you take into battle to reflect this - You're not going to need the rusty old Slingshot nor the Air Guard for this level. But you will need some air defense for the Primezone raids on this level.
The Shamans are introduced in this level. These guys are probably the most annoying and awkward enemy in the game as they heal close by units. A team of shamans are a total nightmare as they just heal each other and all their mates.
The way to deal with shamans is to hit them hard and fast. A maxed out siege tower should do the job, or even a high level mortar too, you may need to team them with a slowing tower and a cursing tower too in later levels.
The other new baddie is the wagon, once these are destroyed three lower level demons come out from the wreckage. Mortars or siege towers are great against these guys - they are not too much bother at this level.
The two achievements are to complete the level without using magic three times and using less than 12 towers.
The screenshot below shows the arrangement I used. The towers were placed as to make use of the anomalies on the map and also to create a better path to utilise the attacking range of my towers.

The first time you try the Hard Primezone raid you get this map:
You are going to need your strongest canons only to survive this onslaught!
The next map is the following, after wave 40 or so you can start to swap out the air defense for stronger land attacking towers.
